These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nossify website (nossify.com) and the Nossify print-on-demand design automation service (the “Service”), operated by Nossify (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nossify provides tools that help Etsy sellers research products, generate AI-assisted designs, create product mockups, and prepare optimized listing content. The Service may connect to your Etsy shop through the Etsy API with your authorization. All listings prepared through the Service are presented as drafts for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and publishing them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service offers subscription plans and one-time credit packages, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed when you use AI and platform operations. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes; infringe the intellectual property or rights of others; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or violate the terms of any connected third-party platform, including Etsy's policies and API Terms of Use.
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload and of the designs and listing content generated for you through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and resulting listings comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. The Nossify name, software, and platform remain our property.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Etsy and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use or publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nossify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
