1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details needed to sign you in.
• Etsy account data: if you connect your Etsy shop, we access data through the Etsy API only with your authorization via OAuth. This may include shop information, listings, inventory, and order/receipt data needed to provide the Service. We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Etsy securely and use them only to perform actions you request.
• Content you provide: images you upload, product references, prompts, and the designs, mockups, titles, descriptions, and tags generated through the Service.
• Payment information: subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment data under its own security standards. We retain limited billing records such as plan, transaction status, and invoices.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Service, such as feature usage, credit consumption, log data, and device/browser information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service; authenticate you and secure your account; generate designs, mockups, and listing content; connect to and act on your Etsy shop at your request; process payments and manage credits and subscriptions; send transactional emails (welcome, billing, and account notifications); provide support; and improve and maintain the Service.

3. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)

We work with trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure hosting, payment processing, AI processing, email delivery, and marketplace API integration. These providers access your data only as needed to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Etsy Data

We access your Etsy data only after you grant authorization through Etsy's OAuth flow, and only to the extent of the scopes you approve. We use this data solely to provide the Service's features, such as preparing draft listings for your review. We comply with the Etsy API Terms of Use. You can revoke Nossify's access at any time from your Etsy account settings, after which we stop accessing your Etsy data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting info@nossify.com. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure storage of credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@nossify.com. If you are in the United States, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are in Turkey, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for authentication and core functionality. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without your consent.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
