These terms apply to Nossify, operated by UPNOSS LLC. Read them and the applicable order information before creating an account or purchasing. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
1. Service and account
Nossify offers Etsy/POD research, AI design/editing, background removal, upscaling, mockups, video, SEO, brand assets, listing templates and listing management. Availability depends on your plan, permissions, integrations and providers.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access and reporting unauthorized use.
2. Plans, credits and billing
Current prices, billing period, credits and research limits are shown in pricing and checkout. Subscriptions renew for the period disclosed at purchase until canceled. Annual payment does not turn monthly credit allocations into an immediately spendable annual balance.
Operations may consume the displayed credits; daily/monthly research limits may apply independently. Production examples are alternative uses of the same credits, not additive allowances. Rollover, additional-credit and plan-change conditions are disclosed in the relevant transaction flow.
Payments are processed by the payment service provider. Contact info@nossify.com for cancellation, refunds, withdrawal or billing errors. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory refunds are preserved; these terms do not constitute a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights.
3. Etsy actions and bulk editing
The Etsy connection uses the API permissions you grant. Listing creation/publication, variation/price/stock updates and bulk edits can change your shop. Review the scope, SKUs, images, templates and prices before submitting. Some actions may incur Etsy fees.
Do not assume all operations only produce drafts; your selected action and its confirmation determine the operation. API limits or provider errors may cause partial completion; inspect the result before retrying.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain your existing rights in uploaded content. You grant the limited permissions needed to process, store and transmit it to selected providers to deliver the service. Reference images and similar-design tools do not authorize infringement of other people’s work.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Commercial use depends on applicable model/provider terms and law. Review text, names, trademarks and images before use. Nossify software and brand assets belong to their respective rights holders.
5. Research results and acceptable use
Product/shop/keyword scores rely on observations and estimates; they are not promises of verified sales, search volume, rankings or revenue. Cached information may differ from current market conditions.
Unlawful content, rights infringement, unauthorized personal-data uploads, security bypass, quota abuse and violations of connected-platform rules are prohibited.
6. Privacy and third parties
The Privacy Policy and Turkish KVKK Notice explain personal-data processing. Accepting these terms is not automatic consent to every activity requiring consent.
Etsy, payment and AI provider terms also apply to their services. Integration or model availability may change. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
7. Availability and responsibility
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output or commercial success. Back up important content and review output and shop operations before use.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages and lost profits is limited; total contractual liability is limited to service fees paid in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. This does not restrict mandatory rights, intentional misconduct/gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Cancellation, termination and changes
You may cancel subscriptions using account/billing tools and request account deletion in settings. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate. Access may be restricted for violations or security reasons, subject to statutory rights.
Material term or price changes are communicated through appropriate channels before taking effect. Continued use alone is not relied on where fresh acceptance is required.
