Nossify is operated by UPNOSS LLC. This policy explains information processed through cookies and similar browser technologies and its purposes. Reading this notice or browsing does not constitute consent to activities requiring consent.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small records stored in your browser and potentially sent with requests to the relevant site. Local storage retains preferences across visits; session storage is generally limited to the relevant tab session. These different technologies are covered together here.
Records may contain session identifiers, security verification data, selected language/theme and temporary operation data. Some may be associated with your account.
2. Storage used and retention
These records may be created when you use the relevant feature. A storage period does not guarantee that your account stays signed in for that duration; session validity is checked separately.

3. Necessary operations, preferences and tracking
Records needed for secure sign-in and completion of an operation you explicitly request support the relevant service. Language and appearance records remember choices; being functional does not automatically make every use strictly necessary.
This version has no application-integrated advertising, retargeting or visitor-profiling cookies. Server records of account operations and credit usage are separate from advertising cookies. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies require appropriate notice and a separate prior choice mechanism if introduced.
4. Collection and legal grounds
Information is processed automatically through your browser and the application during visits, sign-in, preference selection or operations. Grounds may include contract performance, legal obligations or balanced legitimate interests for security. Turkish grounds include KVKK Articles 5/2-c, 5/2-ç and 5/2-f where applicable.
Uses requiring consent without another lawful ground need a separate choice, including under KVKK Article 5/1. This policy is not blanket cookie consent.
5. Recipients and external pages
Infrastructure and authentication providers may process necessary session and security data. A local-storage preference is not sent to every third party simply because it is in the browser. The Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice explain recipient groups, transfers and international processing.
External sign-in, shop connection or payment pages may use their own cookies. Their policies and choices apply separately.
6. Managing or deleting stored data
- Use your browser’s privacy/site-data settings to inspect, block or delete cookies, local storage and session data for nossify.com. Deleting cookies may not clear local storage in every browser; check site data too.
- Change language and theme inside the application. Clearing records may sign you out, reset preferences or interrupt connection/editor operations. Records may be recreated when you use the relevant feature again.
- Clearing browser data does not delete your account or server-stored designs or cancel your subscription. Use the relevant account tools for those actions.
7. Rights and contact
The controller is UPNOSS LLC. Send personal-data requests to info@nossify.com, using your registered email if you have an account. The KVKK Notice explains Turkish Article 11 rights, application methods and the maximum 30-day response period.
We update this policy and its date when technologies change. Updating the text does not obtain consent needed for a new cookie category.
